How should I care for my soap products?
Our soaps are wrapped in shrink wrap, cellophane, and/or cello bags to ensure freshness. We suggest that you store your soap in a dry area away from direct sunlight until you are ready to use it. Due to the high glycerin content of your soap, you should keep it in a well-drained soap dish to prevent it from shrinking prematurely.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Money Orders, Mastercard, VISA, Discover and American Express. We do not accept personal checks or CODs.

When will my order ship?
We try to keep a small inventory so that your order will ship within a few days. However we make all of our products by hand, in small batches, so there may be a delay in your shipment of about a week for non-stock items. Specialty Soap items may take up to two weeks for large orders.

How do you ship?
We ship via US Mail, US Priority Mail, and UPS.

Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the world. There is an additional $5 handling fee for APO shipments. For orders outside of the United States we will determine your shipping after the order is placed. We will contact you via e-mail to finalize.

What if I need to return my purchase?
We are unable to accept returns due to the nature of our products. However, defective/damaged merchandise will be replaced with an identical item. Please e-mail us for a defective/damaged authorization number. We will not be responsible for items returned without authorization. Items returned without an authorization number will be refused.

What if I need to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. Please e-mail us immediately so that we may cancel it for you.

Do you send out FREE Samples?
We do not send out free samples, but we do have small sliver soaps that you can buy for 50 cents a piece. Just e-mail us and we can arrange payment from you and send you the scents of your choice. In the body butter and sugar scrub we do offer a 2 oz. size which is small enough to sample.
